Richard S. Chow’s photography focuses on aesthetic, documentary and fine art images. Technical precision and composition remain the hallmarks of his work, but he continues to examine all aspects of the artistic medium including homemade shooting devices, film, phone, and high tech digital cameras. Richard widely exhibits in solo & juried shows across the U.S., internationally published, featured in private and public collections, his fine art images were recently acquired by the American Hotel in Los Angeles. He is honored to exhibit solo at The Museum of Art and History (MOAH) in Lancaster, and the Neutra Museum Gallery in Silver Lake, California. In the Fall of 2018, a solo is taking place at the Orange Coast College Fine art Department. He is a producer & curator for OPEN SHOW Los Angeles whose mission is to enable dialog between artists, collectors and enthusiasts. Richard earned awards in Lucie Foundation’s International Photography Awards (IPA) five years running from 2013 to 2017. He lives and works in Los Angeles.
