'Tutus Under the Bridge' by Lisa Bocchini

Lisa Bocchini lives in Brooklyn, NY and has worked in the visual arts and interior design for over 15 years. She has a Masters in Cinema Studies from NYU. A few years ago, she acquired two vintage Polaroid cameras. She discovered that film was available for the cameras, and she was hooked. She continues to add to her collection of Polaroid cameras; every camera has a unique character. She is particularly drawn to vintage architecture and signs, as well as nature.

Her work has been exhibited and sold at various venues and galleries, including Ground Floor Gallery in Park Slope, Brooklyn. She has also been a finalist in Front Art Space's Photo15 Exhibit (NYC) and her work was also featured in their catalog. She is a member of Camera of the Month Club, a collective for emerging photographers in NYC that holds biannual group shows.

She makes prints of her photos and also sells the original Polaroid photos. Prints can be made in a wide variety of sizes on different media, including lightweight sheets of aluminum (ready to hang), canvas, and archival photo paper. She also does commissions and is currently working on a series of mixed media collages incorporating her photographs.
